Black bean and Rice Enchiladas

This recipe I usually just throw together what I have- I'm not exact in my measurements and just use what I have.

2 c. Spanish Rice
15 oz can black beans
2 chicken breasts- cooked and chunked
small can of salsa
1 c. sour cream
Mix all together in bowl and spoon into burrito shells, roll and put in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheddar
cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 15- 20 minutes.
I have used green chilies instead of salsa and it tastes great.
I used different cheese and meats and have left out the beans
before, but it always turns out great.
