Sour Cream Enchiladas
Combine:
2 c. grated chedder cheese
1/2 c. green onions
Heat thoroughly: 2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can green chilies Heat 1/2 c. oil in sauce pan and heat tortillas 1 by 1. Fill each tortilla
with cheese mix and 1 Tbls. sauce. Place in baking dish and cover with extra sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
It's really good if you put chunks of chicken, hamburger or leftover roast in the sauce mix.
