Diana,
Queen of Hearts VHS(1997) Academy
Award-winning director Richard Attenborough narrates Diana, Queen of Hearts, a tribute to
the Princess of Wales, who was tragically killed in an auto accident in August 1997. From
her childhood days, when she was a schoolyard mischief-maker, to her years as a
fashionable London "Sloane Ranger" to her wedding and motherhood years, Diana is
presented through video clippings, photographs, and interviews with those who knew her
best. Diana's childhood nanny, Hillary Rodham Clinton, the heads of the many charities she
worked for, her hairdresser, her friends, and her employer (she worked as a nanny before
becoming princess) are just some of the people to whom Attenborough speaks to shed light
both on the woman the princess was and the legacy she left behind.

Diana,
Princess of Wales-1961-1997-The People's Princess VHS (1997) When you mail order videotapes it's hard to know what you're getting but
this tape is definitely one for the home collection. It is very tastefully done and covers
Diana's life from early years to her tragic death and funeral. The narration and
background classical music add to the quality of the tape. The producers also selected
some wonderful footage of Diana, new and old, instead of using the same old stock tape you
see again and again on some videos. I really enjoyed watching it and it's a tape I would
watch repeatedly.

Diana:
Legacy of a Princess VHS (1997) I
found this video very enjoyable to watch as the main focus is on the wonderful work that
she did with the charities etc. It gives an overview of her life and shows interviews of
people she worked closely with which hightlights the effect Princess Diana had to the
various causes. There are also some personal interviews with Elton John, Henry Kissenger,
etc which give some information on the personal relationships she had with her friends.
