PICS OF MY STITCHINGS
I have stitched MANY pictures over the years. I first started stitching in 1986! I found that stitching was a very relaxing past time, and gave me an outlet for my creative ability, and also allowed me time for myself, which I desperately needed, at the time.
I also discovered that I enjoyed, tremendously, GIVING my artwork as gifts! From all accounts, everyone who has received one of my pictures, has enjoyed them! I love to see their faces, when they receive one of my stitchings, and realize that I did that!!! Needless to say, I have very FEW pieces of my own! Thankfully, I was forward-thinking enough, to take pictures of my work, before giving it away! Although, there were a few, that I totally forgot!!
I also got the feeling, all the while I was growing up, that I had no REAL talents! Not to mention, those around me who thought the same! You can imagine how I love seeing the SURPRISE on THEIR faces! *grin*
