In Australia, practices changed and though I have spent time practicing different forms of Christian religions, I find now that the Uniting Church is the one I feel most comfortable in. Maybe feeling comfortable may not be considered a 'right feeling' in this regard, however I find this church offers me a Christian grounding while allowing me to explore and develop my own religious growth. Sites I regularly visit especially when I am researching material for the local church newsletter I do, are: Lectionary Sermons of Rev. Richard Fairchild Lectionary Sermons of Rev. Alex Stevenson Religious lessons and material for young people Searching for material which may be helpful in working with people, I often visit the Grief and Loss Center which is part of the Canadian Uniting Church Site. A site I enjoy visiting too as it especially caters for those of us in the third trimester of life is "The Third Age". There is very interesting information and forums on this site and membership is free. A further site I enjoy is Uproar an online games site which has fun games and usually good company. My Euthanasia links are on that page. I am hoping to gather together, the stories of children who immigrated to Australia with their parents in the 1950's and 60's. If you are one of these people would you please, contact me. My Address: judyb@southcom.com.au
