2003

January 1 – half-year rate for Association and State dues now in effect for new members and student affiliates.
January 25 – Deadline to submit resolutions to be voted upon at the state convention in April. Contact Gloria Kapantais for submission form. 941/371-7575 or email: gkapantais@comcast.net
January 31 – New and renewal memberships must be received in Washington by this date to count for the 2002-03 membership year.
March 1 – Deadline to submit 21st Century Recognition Applications to the Association. Forms and instructions may be downloaded in MS Word from http://www.aauw.org/7000/recognition. Application may be e-mailed and supporting documents sent US Mail.
March 1 – Deadline for Lobby Days room reservations at the Doubletree Hotel in Tallahassee (1-800-222-8733)
March 10 - Postmark deadline for the Creative Writing Contest.
March 15 – Lobby Days registration deadline. Registration form is in FloriVision.
March 15 – Full payment of dues for new members will cover their membership through June 30, 2004.
March 22-25 – Lobby Days in Tallahassee sponsored by the Florida Women’s Consortium.
March 26 – Deadline for reservations for the state convention at the Airport Renaissance Hotel in Orlando. Call 1-800-228-9290; be sure to ask for AAUW rates.
April 1 – Deadline for submission of themes including a logo for our 75th Anniversary Convention in 2004. Entries should be sent to FLAAUW@aol.com.
April 8 – State Convention registration deadline.
April 25 – Deadline to send branch histories or updates to them to FLAAUW@aol.com . They may be sent as email attachments or on disk.
April 25 – 27 State Convention - Orlando Airport Renaissance Hotel.
June 20 – 23 Association Convention - Providence, Rhode Island
