Shortbread

"Catherine, you have one mother of a shortbread recipe!!"

Some of you probably got some of these from me for Christmas, wrapped in red cellophane paper. These are completely delicious, especially good with milk!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften butter, add sugar; cream. Add flour and salt, combine until mixture forms dough. Form into logs or roll dough and cut with cookie cutters. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
