We spent New Year's Eve with Barbara Butler and Glenn Porter at their home in Delaware. One  highlight of the evening was a visit to neighboring Longwood Gardens. Another was toasting the New Year with champagne from Albuquerque (!)

We are facing the Orangery inside the 4-acre Longwood Conservatory. Behind us is the Exhibition Hall with 1000s of poinsettias circling a pool. Further still is the Music Room and its 16-foot revolving Christmas tree.

(That was one cold night!)
