APPLE-ROQUEFORT SLAW
The type of apple makes this either sweet or tart
Serves 8 to 12
1 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar with a dash of garlic salt
1 head of cabbage, chopped
4 large unpeeled apples, chopped
4 celery stalks, chopped
4 ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled
Combine mayonaise. oil, vinegar, Tabasco. Worchestershire and garlic salt. Combine with cabbages, apples and cellery. Add Roquefort cheese anfd toss.
