FRESH ASPARAGUS
WITH RED PEPPER
Serves 4 people
1 pound green asparagus
1 real red pepper
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of lemon pepper
Trim the asparagus so they are all
the same length. Cut the red pepper in circle and remove seeds. Place asparagus
in glass bowl and red pepper on top. Then butter and sprinkle lemon pepper.
Seal with clean wrap and put in microwave for 5 minutes. Put asparagus
inside circles of red pepper to serve.
