FRUIT
COCKTAIL CAKE
(GERMAN PUDDING)
Mix together:
1 mod can fruit cocktail (remove 1-2 tablespoon of juice)
1 egg slightly beaten
Add to the Following Sifted dry ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt soda
Pour into greased pyrex baking dish (square). Sprinkle with 1 cup brown
sugar and 3/4 cup chopped nuts. Bake for 1 hour (or until form) at 300°.
Serve with whipped cream and cherry. Best served warm.
