Teddy Bears:
Using either a steel #5 hook and fingering yarn,
E hook and sport yarn ,
F hook and thin worsted weight yarn or
G hook and worsted weight yarn.
I paint on the features, but you can also embroider them...

Arms:
Rnd 1: ch2, 6 sc in ch (6sc).
Rnd 2: 2sc in each sc around (12sc).
Rnds 3&4: sc around. slst in next sc, finish off. make 2

Feet:
Rnd 1: ch2 6sc in first ch.
Rnd 2: 2sc in each sc(12sc).
Rnds3-5: sc around. slst in next sc.
finish off.make second foot the same but don't finish off.
stuff & sc across foot.
do same with other foot(12 sc) don't finish off.

Body:
continuing from feet:
Rnd 1: ch1 work in back loops then in front loops sc around(24sc)join.
Rnds 2-6:ch1, sc around , join.
Rnd 7: ch1, 4sc (working through all thicknesses) attach one arm , 6sc, repeat arm attachment , 2sc(24sc), join.
Rnd 8: ch1 dec by 6 evenly join(18sc).
Rnd 9: ch1, dec by 6 evenly join(12sc).
Rnd 10: ch1, 2sc in each sc join(24sc).
Rnds 11-15: ch1 sc around, join .
Rnd16: ch1 dec by 8 evenly join(16sc).

Ears:
(continuing from head)hdc through 3rd &15th sc 5 times
slst through 5th & 13th sc hdc through 7th &11th sc 5 times
slst through 8th & 9th sc finish off.

Nose:
Rnd 1:ch2 6sc in first ch.
Rnd 2: 2sc in each sc around(12sc).
Rnd 3: sc around , leaving length of yarn for sewing,
finish off. attach to center of face.
