From the local grocery store. A 6" pot for $10 with 4 flowers blooming. Beautiful red heart-shaped flowers

Growing Conditions:
Temp: Average warmth. Minimum of 60 degrees F. in winter.
Light: Bright in winter. Protect from summer sun.
Water: Give a little water every few days to keep compost moist at all time. Feed every two weeks.
Humidity: Mist leaves very frequently. Humidity encourages flowering.
Repot: in spring every two years. Divide plant at this time.

Book notes that the plant is difficult to keep. Well, lets see if I'm up to the challenge.
