Plans are underway for the new garden. I have chosen the location and had the locater service come out and mark all the utilities. Gaslines are below, I've desided to put paths over them so that there will not be any digging required over the top of the, and if there is it will be minimal and will all be done by hand. I got this software by sierra Land Designer. Its been pretty good at helping me lay out the actual property. But then designing the new garden lastnight I was hoping it would help me to figure out the best most effecient way of laying out the beds, if It can do this I have yet to figure it out.

Next step is to get someone with a rottotiller out here and to build a fence to keep the dogs out of the garden. My husband & I have a slight disagreement where the fence line will be placed, but I'm pretty much just going to stick it where I want it. :o)
