Well its a little late to be starting a second batch of seeds. But I'm doing it anyway. It seems to be easier to get the flower seeds to start inside. After these guys sprout I'll take them outside so they'll be adjusted to the weather, Tomorrow I will start taking the trays outside to start getting them acclimated.

The garden is doing great. The lilacs have been blooming for a week. The apple trees are done. No frosts, it will be a good year for fruit. We'll be sure to munch on the neighbors apples. I'll have to bring them in for the roommates, the more we eat the less we'll have to clean off the lawn.

The purple columbines are blooming. The first opened two days ago. Today several have turned purple and will open soon.

The angelica in the center bed is doing very well. The stem is stout, as thick as my fist. The flower heads are appearing. I think some of the flowers have opened, if so they are green with thin white petals as thin as a hair.

The tulips faded abruptly two days ago. It got up into the 80's.

Everything is doing great. The angelica has started blooming and the onions are about to do the same. I just planted the cucumbers.

The lettuce is big. And the radishes are ready. I'm determined to get the garden finished today. I just finished laying out my seeds now to get them planted. Here we go! Hew! got everything planted, It was alot of work, and I really wasn't into it. I had to turn the soil over, and dig out some crab grass roots and some bind weed, I couldn't get it all, it goes down so deep. I read white vinegar kills weeds so I'm going to give it a try. The bind weed grows on the neighbors fence, and I highly doubt they will do anything.
