Hawaiian Steak (or you know? Chicken would work...)


Marinade: 1/4 cup each -- brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar.
1 tbs. minced garlic
1 tsp. ground ginger

Marinate steaks (or chicken) in this stuff for AT LEAST 15 minutes. I leave it for an hour or two and it is perfect. When you grill it, put some pineapple on top for extra flavor. Serve with some other grillable food, like sweet corn or sweet spuds:)
