Recommendations - Tammy Hager

    April 12, 2002
    To Whom It May Concern:

The purpose of this letter is to provide a professional letter of
recommendation for Tammy Hager. I worked with Tammy for about a
year and served as her manager for only about six months of that
time, but she had served Qualcomm Personal Electronics (QPE) and
later Kyocera Wireless Corp. (KWC) well for a number of years.

Tammy worked on two major areas of responsibility while I knew her:
Web Development and Coordinating our 5S Program. We are still using
all the work she invested in developing the Quality Standards
department's websites. This included sites for our ISO 9001; ISO
14001; 5S and ESD programs. All sites are professionally designed
    and were expertly implemented.

The 5S Program here at KWC is indebted to the groundwork Tammy laid
and spearheaded while the program was first developed at QPE. Under
KWC we re-designed the program - again with Tammy leading the way.
This program, still very much resembling what Tammy started and
refined, was recently named "Best in Class" during a recent external
audit. The 5S Program has been "benchmarked" by several companies and
agencies, including the U.S. Department of Energy.

I recommend Tammy enthusiastically where detail to quality and the
ability to meet deadlines are important. Her ability to work on many
diverse assignments and her ability to work well with others will be
    an asset to any firm.

    Sincerely,
    Bob Hicks
    Quality Manager
    Kyocera

Fullerton Operations 800 South State College Blvd. Fullerton, CA 92831 To Whom It May Concern: April 3, 2002 Tammy Hagar hired on October 15, 2001 as an Quality Systems Engineer. Her primary responsibility was to coordinate our Internal Audit and Corrective Action systems. In a short amount of time she was able to revamp and streamline our Internal Audit system while also bring our past due corrective action responses down. Due to a downturn in our business we were required to let several employees go, of which Tammy was affected. Sincerely Sonny Smith Quality Systems Manager
