The Indianapolis Farmer home in 1999

These are current pictures of Frances' house on N. Park Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana.   Mike, who lived a block away on Central Avenue, was her Inpls. Times paperboy in the mid-1960's and recalls that Frances was very pleasant when he encountered her and that the neighborhood suited her well.  A couple of things which stick out in his memory were the make-up mirror in the living room and that the house smelled like cigarettes all the time.  Mike also notes that 'episodes' with the police happened on occasion.
