flour
4 eggs 5 dl milk 1½ dl water 4 big apples Oil Powdered Sugar Cinnamon Mix milk, eggs, and a few spoones of the powdered sugar. Add the flour and maybe a little bit of water to get a nice supple dough. Peel and slice the apples. Warm up the oil in a large frying pan. Cover it with half of the dough and put the apples on it. Spice with cinnamon and sugar. Cover with the rest of the dough. Cook covered on medium heat for 15 minutes. Then put it on a plate and add some more oil to the pan. Put the matafan back to cook the "cover", i.e. put it back up-side-down. |
