Spinache and Cheese Sauce
4 Servings
Ca 250 gram frozen leaf spinache
Butter or margarine
½ tsp salt
½ dl milk
100 gram cream cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Dash powdered nutmeg

1.) Cut the frozen brick of spinache into 1/2-inch thick slices.
2.) Melt the butter or margarine in a pot and let the spinache fry for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the pasta.
3.) Add the other ingredients to the fried spinache.
4.) Warm on a low temperature until the cheese has melted and the sauce is warm. Serve with pasta and a tomato salad.
