1 onion
1-2 green or red peppers 2 tbsp butter 4-5 tomatos Feta cheese 1 tbsp parsley 2 tsp paprika Salt (Chilipepper) Couscous 1.) Chop the onion and dice the pepper(s). Fry in the butter, in a pot (not a pan). 2.) Dice the tomatos and add them to the pot. 3.) Bring the contents to a boil and let boil until "saucy". 4.) Dice the feta cheese. 5.) When the sauce is ready ("saucy"), add the feta cheese, salt, and the spices. 6.) Leave the sauce on low heat while you prepare the couscous. |
