5-6 tomatos
1 green or red pepper 50 g butter 500 g good sharp cheese ½ tsp sellery salt Marjoram, paprika, and black pepper 1 dl cream Italian bread, preferably with a hard crust You will need a fondue set or a crock pot to make this dish. 1.) Boil the tomatos for a minute or so and peel off their skins. 2.) Dice the pepper and fry it and the tomatos in the butter in the fondue pot or a regular pot. 3.) Shredd the cheese and add it to the pot with the rest of the ingredients except the cream. 4.) When the cheese has melted, add the cream. 5.) Dice the bread and serve. (Put the fondue in the crock pot, on low heat, if you're not using a fondue set.) |
