1 leek
1 can of crushed tomatoes 2 cans of corn 3 eggs 3 tbsp water Herbsalt (or just salt)and pepper Shredded cheese 1.) Turn on the oven for 225°C/440°F. Open the cans. Grease a large oven-safe pan. 2.) Clean and chop the leek. Spread it out in the pan. 3.) Spread one can of corn, the tomatoes, and then the other corn can in the pan. 4.) Mix eggs, water, and spices and pour over the corn and tomatoes in the pan. 5.) Let cook in the oven for about 30 minutes (the egg stanning should be almost done). 6.) Take out from oven and cover with shredded cheesse. Cook for another 10 minutes, till the cheese is nicely melted. |
