200 g of ham 3 tomatoes 150 g of some sharp cheese 350 g of green peas 100 g of black olives 3 hard-boiled eggs Salt and pepper Oil 1.) Turn on the oven to 150°C/300°F. 2.) Cook the rice for 20 minutes, let the peas cook with it for the last 10 minutes. Drain if neccessary. 3.) Meanwhile, cut the ham into small cubes, cut the eggs and the tomatoes into four or six wedges, and grate the cheese. 4.) Mix the rice, peas, ham, half of the cheese, and olives in a large oven safe dish. Spice it with the salt and the pepper. 5.) Decorate with the tomatoe- and egg-wedges. Spread the rest of the cheese over the dish. Pour some oil here and there over it. 6.) Cook it in the oven for about 30 minutes. |
