Books Read During 1999

Some books just has the power to drag you in and make you feel like you are part of the happenings in the book and like the characters are your best friends or closest family. Some authors have the amazing ability to write books beyond anything that pierce your heart and soul and bring you unfathomable joy and sadness. This page is dedicated to those authors and to those books. To the authors, I want to say a heart- and soulfelt THANK YOU!! for giving me these experiences and all those wonderful, joyful and sad hours! I could never express enough my admiration and wonder for the authors of such great books.

The reason I list all these books is so that you can see what books I know a lot about. I would love if you were interested in any of the books or authors I have read and wrote to ask me about it or if you wanted to discuss a book or an author with me.

Terry Pratchett Writes mostly comical fantasy with wonderful characters and amazing stories. Most of his books are about people on Discworld; a flat planet situated on top of four elephants which stand on the back of the turtle Great A'Tuin which is slowly making it's way through the universe! Can you even begin to imagine what can be possible on such an impossible world? :)

Best Books: "Lords and Ladies", "Wyrm Sisters"
Other Good Books: "Good Omens" (with Neil Gaiman), all other Discworld Novels.

Orson Scott Card Writes a lot of science fiction and some fantasy. Most of his books don't concentrate on the story so much as on the relationships between the characters, which he describes and developes with uncomparable skill and knowledge of the human mind. Noteworthy of Cards writing is that it is always at least very good!

Best Book: " Ender's Game "
Other Good Books: " Wyrms ", all of his books!
