The Horned God  is Lord of the Animals and God of hunting.   he ruls over life and death.  He is guardian of the gateway to the underworld where everything originates.  He purifies nature through selection or sacrifice.  He represents the male version of the cycle of nature.  He is the god of purification and nature.  It is easy to see why we worship him.  He is a nature god and we worship nature in all its forms.  Through his worship we can discover purification and depollution.
