Back to the museum trail, we visited the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art - SFMOMA - really cool place with a great store!!! The first piece of art we saw was by wakey girl Barbara Hepworth! You just can't get away from us brits. The place was stunning both architecturally and exhibition wise. And they did big cakes!
We then walked round to the Ansel Adams museum - he took lots of black n white photos of landscape around the area - famous chap - you will all have seen his work at sometime. Another great shop! Leonie discovered the Wimerana dog photos - remember the New Order video?????
Heading back to the city centre we had our shopping fix at the makeup store then had a browse around the Star Wars merchandise in FAO Schwarz - boys - get YOUR orders in!!!!!
Unfortunately, the heady pace took a toll on Leonie who was either suffering from a nastly bug, or the delayed after effects of Caffreys mixed with Jack Daniels the night before!!! We had a quiet night in while she recovered and I watched a movie on HBO.
I am pleased to say that she has now returned to her bright and bubbly self and so much so we are off on our travels again - Chinatown today dear?
