- The first miracle in this process would have to be just the fact that I found the tumor so early. To find the tumor at all I had to raise my arm to a precise angle. I know that this was the Lord showing me where to look.
- The nurse who assisted in my first surgery is the mother of one of my childhood friends. It was such a comfort to see her in the operating room!!! She scheduled herself to assist on my lumpectomy and was there for me during both of my port surgeries. Coincidence that she was there for me? I think not!
- The Lord sent me to a surgeon who was also praying for me. How awesome is that?
- I cant tell you how many people were praying for me...not only am I awed and honored by this....I am really excited about how God is going to bless them for their faithfulness in praying for me.
- A lot of people were amazed at how well I did during treatment...rest assured it was nothing I did, but the grace of God on my life...How awesome that some people are seeing this kind of grace for the first time!
- With my free time during treatment and recovery I was able to teach myself HTML and how to create webpages....how wonderful that God provided this opportunity for me.
- God used this to forge a powerful bond between me and my parents...we have always been close but this really cemented things. I am so thankful for the wonderful parents I have!!!!!!
- I recieved wonderful care everystep of the healing process...I am so blessed to have the wonderful doctors and nurses on my side!!!!
- My oncologist was pleasantly surprised that I never needed to have any supplemental shots to boost my white blood counts. Hmmm sounds like Jesus to me.
- Others who have walked through this told me that chemotherapy gets progressivly worse with each treatment, the reverse was true with me....I love it when Jesus shoots down men's wisdom!!!
- The Lord has blessed me with wonderful friends, Jenny, Jenny, Donna Lynn, Tom, Ron, Pastor Larry, Pastor Karyn, Pastor Erik, Pastor Christie, Pastor Markus, Pastor Ron, Tony, Connie, Toto, Katie, Nancy, Angie, Linda, Nancy, and anyone else I may have forgotten, I am so thankful for friends who love me and have carried me through this in prayer!
