If emotions could move mountains, I'd have them dancing in the streets, or so I've been told.
Guess that means I'm pretty emotional....and that's ok with me.
I would by far prefer to feel to much than to feel nothing at all.
So, my writing is generally very emotional, as can be witnessed from the two poems below.
Both were written from my heart for someone very special to me.
I hope to write more as time allows.

It lights my life for a little while,
and I know that I'm not blind.
For in your smile I see your heart,
that beats so strong and true.
You may pretend you do not care,
but, alas, it says you do.
Come to me now and let me know,
It's contentment that you feel.
When you rest inside my gentle arms,
and you sense my love is real.
Let me hold you sweetheart,
like no one else can do.
And give to you my tender love,
that will last a lifetime through.
and I long for your embrace.
To feel your hands upon my skin,
and your lips upon my face.
Please let your fingers wander,
and caress my silken hair.
Look into my glistening eyes,
and tell me that you care.
Take my face into your hands,
and wipe away my happy tears.
Speak oh so silently to me,
in words that my heart hears.
Hold me closely to your body,
and let the passion rise.
Touch me, feel me, kiss me,
and your desire don't disguise.
We'll slowly dance the night away,
until the final verse is sung.
My body trembles from your touch,
and the best has just begun.
