Welcome to Women of the Millennium. When we look back through the years, we women must feel proud on just how much we have advanced and achieved. No longer are we expected to be chained barefoot in the house and bear children. Now we see a lot of women who hold major posts in the government and private sectors; our role has extended from being just a daughter, wife and mother to decision makers and team players. However, there is of course still a lot to be done, and with this we look into the new millenium with hope and expections.
