On January 13, 01 Michael Cuccione who played the character Jason "Q.T." McKnight, passed away in a hometown hospital. Yeasr earlier Michael had suffered from Hodgkin's Disease, though his illness had been in remission for 5 years, the tough chemotheraphy left his lungs weak, and they just gave out. He died with his family by his side, they said he was a trooper and that he aften gave them thumbs up, from his bed. A memorial is being held for him on wedensday, and a funerial on thursday.
His family hopes in lieu of flowers you make donations in his memory to his foundation. The Michael Cuccione Foundation raises money for cancer research.
