1999 Construction Timetable
- Jan 9, 1998 - Bought the lot in Wellfleet MA
- October 31, 1998 - Site plan completed & the house is staked
- Dec 8, 1998 - Contract with builder signed
  - Dec 14, 1998 - Fire Department approved the house plans
  - Dec 21, 1998 - Health Department approved plans
  - Jan 19, 1999 - Building Inspector approved plans
- Jan 8, 1999 - The hole is DUG!!!!
- Jan 22, 1999 - The foundation is poured!!!! Can you believe it was 50 degrees?
- Feb 9, 1999 - The framing has started!!!!
- March 3, 1999 - The roof shingles installed.
- March 5, 1999 - The rough electrical started. Slight delay thanks to 18" of snow last week.
- March 12, 1999 - Most of exterior finished, house closed in.
- April 9, 1999 - Rough heating installed, i.e. ducts for the 2nd floor.
- April 22, 1999 - Insulation installed.
- April 26, 1999 - Furnace installation is completed.
- July 30, 1999 - Bldg & fire inspections, CO awarded!!
- August 1, 1999 - 1st tenants move in.
