How to Get Rid of Them
Nausea (Morning Sickness)
Most common during the early months of pregnancy, often stops after the third month, but my occur anytime. What May Help: Eat small meals throughout the day, drink between meals rather than with meals, and avoid greasy foods.

Constipation
Hormones and pressure from your growing uterus can make elimination sluggish. What May Help: Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grain breads, and cereals everyday. Drink more liquids. A glass of warm water before breakfast may help. Exercise regularly.

Heartburn
A "burning" feeling that seems to come from an area near the heart and is sometimes a problem during the last months of pregnancy. What May Help: Eat five or six meals a day instead of two or three larger ones. Avoid fatty, fried, and spicy foods. Wear clothes that are loose fitting around your waist. Try to relax and eat slowly.
