I am glad this site is here, I have been wanting to tell this story for a long time. My husband and I had been out drinking on a Friday Night after work about two years ago. I had been telling him that my sister and I were pretty tough and could beat up most of the neighborhood boys when I was young, and that although I had never kicked a boy before my sister had kicked two different boys in the balls. Both times resulting in them falling to the floor crying. Well my husband just didn't believe my sist r and I ever beat up on boys and that neither of us could kick him in the balls. He thought he would kick my ass in a fight. When we had gotten home that night he was really bothering me. I think he was threatened by what I told him and was really push ng my buttons and getting in my face and stuff. Well we both had too much to drink and I never would intentionally seriously hurt my husband, I love him too much. But I thought at the time I had to teach him a lesson and I thought the alcohol would sof en the kick I was about to give him to teach him that lesson. I pushed him against the bedroom wall to distract him and then kicked my foot as hard as I could right into his balls. He let out a sickening noize and dropped to the ground and started crying. I was very worried about him The next day after we woke up I saw him crying because he was still in so much pain and of course I couldn't stop telling him how sorry I was. Ironically he got into an argument a year later with my sister at our house and she kicked him in the balls too, he didn't cry this time but he did make some pretty weird noises on the floor for about an hour, and of course my cocky sister had to make fun of him while he was on the ground, she is such a bitch. I guess it didn't cause any real damage though because w just had our first child 3 months ago. And he did eventually forgive my sister and I.

Comments:
I knew this guy in 7th grade that hated this girl because she was really hot and she was always blowing him off. One day during PE he threw a softball at her and hit her in the head. After school she left a note for him to meet her behind the gym to set le it once and for all. So he went to the gym after school to meet her but instead found her older sister. Her older sister was in 8th grade and had failed so she was a couple of years older than him and bigger. She grabbed him then pushed him up again t the wall and delivered a very hard knee to his balls, he immediatley fell to the ground gasping for air. When he was on the ground she grabbed his balls and squeezed very hard for at least a full minute. He was crying hysterically and begging her to s op with what little talking he could muster. It must have been so embarrasing for him because about 30 people were watching and he couldn't walk so his mother had to come get him from school. He missed two days of school after that and didn't walk norma for about another week. I don't think he even talked to one girl for the rest of the year.

I was standing in a public bus, which was a very bumpy ride. Next to me was a girl of about 14 years with some friends. Suddenly, when th bus took a turn, I accidently touched her. I said 'sorry' but she didn't hesitate and gave me 3or 4 very hard knee-ki ks. After that she just went on talking to her friends while i could hardly keep standing up...

Comments:
I was at this senior party. I went upstairs to go to the restroom. On my way there this guy that I knew stopped me in the hall and pulled me into the bedroom. He threw me on the bed and got on top of me. My legs were in between his. When I saw my chance I kneed him in the balls. I only grazed them though. I took off for the door. He caught up to me and grabbed my shoulder. I quickly turned around and took a hold of his now naked balls. they were just dangling there. I squeezewd as hard as I could. I held o for about 30 seconds. He let out a horrific scream. When I let go he fell tot he ground holding on to his testicles and he started to cry. I went back downstairs and told every body about what he tried to do. Whne he came out in about 1 hour every body m de him leave the party. He apologized the next day. He walked with a limp for about three days.

One day I was at a pool party with a bunch of my friends. Two of the guys decided that they were going to throw me into the water. One of them grabbed my arms from behind and the other came in front of me. As soon as I had the chance I kicked him in the b lls. He fell to the ground and the guy holding my arms let go.

My friend told me that she once threw a brick at a boys going, and he laid on the ground crying and bleeding. I dont know if she meant he coughed up blood, or if his testicles ruptured. i also have heard about coughing up blood as a result of receiving a ine drive basebal in the groin, but im not sure. i have been hit in the groin once when i was in my early teens, leading me to sob like a little wuss

As I was walking to my car from the shopping mall, a man approached me and tried to force me into my car. We struggled and I sprayed him with my mace in his eyes. When he was disoriented I grabbed him by the shirt and drove my knee into his balls as hard s I could. He fell to the ground and was grabbing his nuts calling me a bitch. I called security from my car phone and they in turn called the cops. Very effective defense against rapists and other creeps trying to harm women.

Comments:
My girlfriend has hit me in the scrotum a couple of times. The first time was a few months before we started dating (we were only friends then). We had been out the night before, it got kind of late and she let me crash on her sofa. The next morning I tried to waken her up by tickeling her. I got into her bed, sat over her legs with my legs spread. I started to tickle her. At first she laughed and tried to tickle me backm but after 30 seconds she wanted me to stop. I didnīt, and she got mad. Suddenly she kneed me in the groin. I immidietly let go of her, grabbed my balls and fell to the floor in pain. She laughed at me and said I only got what I deserved.

One time my boyfriend and I were sort of play fighting. I went along with it. He tripped me and I fell to the ground. He jumped on top of me and just layed there. He layed right on my stomach so I couldn't breathe. I told him to get off and tryed to push im off but he didn't move. I reached down and grabbed his testicles and squeezed as hard as I could. He said "What the fuck, let go, let go." He rolled over off of me and I got up and left his house. The next day he apologized. I didn't and we broke up.

I stopped for gas, and as I was filling my car, the owner, an Arab-type with broken English, approached me and told me he loves blondes. I ignored him, but then he started to put his hand on my shoulder, I told him to get the fuck away from me. He persi ted and started licking his lips, so as I was finishing up gassing my car, I took the gas nozzle, swung around and pushed the nozzle into his groin area as I kneed him as hard as I could. He was startled and grabbed his crotch; then I kneed him again, go in my car, and left him grabbing his nuts as I drove off....

My parents have a tennis court in their back yard. So, one day last summer - myself, my boyfriend Jim, and my two girlfriends Pam and Karen - went over to my parents home to play friendly game of doubles. Me and Jim were teamed up against Pam and Karen. We were having lots of fun until the beginning of t e third set. On this one point, Karen hit a weak second serve to Jim (my partner). So Jim returned the ball very hard back to Karen. Then he he came up to the net and positioned himself next to me. Jim's return shot was hit so hard that it forced Karen to hit a weak floater to the middle of our side of the court. It was an easy put-a-way for either Jim or myself so we both tried to m ke the play. At the last second - when I saw that Jim was going to run into me - I covered my face with my hands and I instinctively jerked my right knee up hard ! My right knee accidently came up - with full force - right between Jim's legs!: I actually lifted him off the ground! I new, at that moment, that I had devistated the poor guy! As my strong knee drove into Jim's manhood - his tennis racquet flew out of his hand and he fell to the ground crying! Pam, Karen and myself tried lift my byfriend to his feet - but he couldn't be moved! So, as the minutes pased by, the three of us girls just stood by until Jim felt better! After that incident, I think that it's going to be a long time before I'll be able to get Jim to play anymore "mixed sports"! In a way it serves him right thougt: If he had called me off of the ball, I never would could have kneed him! That's why communicatio is so important in a game of doubles! I do hope that I'm never given a reason to have to knee a guy in the balls deliberately!: It's a mean thing for a girl to have to do to a guy! However, it was nice to be able to find out what my capabilities are!

Comments:
Don't know why she did it. It was back in high school and I made some comment, not to her, but she took it wrong. Reached out and grabbed ahold of me and squeezed. It was a pain that is not easy to put in words, also causes nausea and makes it hard to stan d upright. But, given that it was unexpected. I also had no adrenalin going and no chance to brace for it. In other instances, karate sparing and football for instance. A kick or hit there, really had little effect. It may have hurt, but it was easy to ignore or b ush off until whatever the action was over or the adrenalin wore off. I hope this helps some, you are doing a great thing.

Comments:
A man broke into my little sister's apartment when she was 18. She was up nursing her son about 4 month old son about 5 in the morning. When he walked into her room, she just froze. He grabbed her and pulled her off the bed and onto the floor. She scoo ted her son as far up under the bed as she could so that he wouldn't be hurt. She didn't defend herself because her main concern was just getting thru it alive and without her baby being hurt. He said he would kill her if she didn't shut up. Her room m te and her two children were sleeping right down the hall. She was also concerned for their safety. After alot of thought through the years, I think she did the right thing. She and my nephew Joel, now 10, are alive and well. But she will never be the same, always watching over her shoulder and can't stand to be alone at home at night.

I was sitting at a bar with a girlfriend of mine,a drunk guy comes up and starts harassing, hitting on us,with his bad breath... being a total jerk. He gets into my face, really scaring me..i grab his wrists , push him back, and then I kick him in the bal s twice as hard as I can with the pointy toe of my boot. His eyes bulged out and he had a hard time breathing ..we just quickly left. Nobody stopped us from leaving either to find out what happened.

I got kneed in the groin by an ex-girlfriend when whe wanted me to stop bothering her. We were kind of play fighting, but I think I hurt her by accident. Anyway, she kneed me full force, and for a second it hurt, but after a second I was able to fight again. The knee was not able to take me out; and she is 5"7 with strong legs!

I got brown belt from Karate in Japan two years ago. Men should acknowledge 80% of woman understand how to effectively fight back to men. I was with my friend who knows self-defense only by school lesson of 4 hours. The guys approached us at the party. They are fooling at my English because I came to the states 6 month ago. One of them touched my shoulder. I fainted my fingers towards guy's eye. Then I kneed him between his legs. I said "You will get another serious pain you ever had!" To my surp ise, the other guy picked out the knife. I released the guy in front, but at that time my friend kicked the guy with knife from the behind in the nuts two times! I punched the other guy at the nose, then kicked him at the groin. We called the police, v ry politely. kneed him in the face.

Comments:
I work as a undercover law enforcement officer for a police department in a major U.S. city. 2 years ago I was assigned to make the arrest of a women whom was suspected of engaging in prostitution out of her apartment. I had arranged to have a meetng wi h her at her home for the purpose of paying her for sex. When I arrived, the women greeted me at the door dressed in only a see-through pink evening gown and pink closed toe spiked pumps. After she accepted the fee that we had agreed on, I placed her under arrest. It seemed like she would go quietly, so I let my guard down. As I was about to cuff the women, she turned suddenly and cought me with a palm strike to the nose. The hit left me dazed and staggering as I bled from the nose. B fore I could regain my senses the women drove me back into the wall. There, she delivered 3 quick knee smashes into my groin. Then the women fled out of the apartment, as I was disabled and unable to persue. The women didn't get far though. She was apr hended by my 2 back-up officers (both females) the moment she left the apartment. Upon finding me, one of the the back-up officers called an ambulance for me, as I was unable move on my own as a result of the 3 knee smashes that I recived from the prostitute. Let me tell you, nothing is more embarassing then waiting for a ambulance to arrive and having 2 female police officers looking down at you, and trying not to laugh, when you are suffering from a groin injury. The injury forced me to go on sick leave for a week. Our precinct teaches self defense to bot young girls an women - however I don't think that those skills are being tought with the intent that they should be used on police officers. In my time on the force, I've had run-ins with drug dealers, street gangs, car jackers, etc., however, that pr stitute was the only criminal who has ever decked me: Maybe that's because she's the only person who's ever tried to knee me in the groin?

I was drunk and kept hitting on a business lady at a bar. She got really close to me and grabbed my balls tightly squeezing them in her hand. I begged her to let go and apologized but she refused saying this would teach me a lesson. I passed out and when came to, the police were there and they arrested me for being disorderly. I was laid up for about 4 days

Comments:
Kicking a man in the testicles can be more difficult than women are led to believe, but if they connect, it WILL give them a minute or two to get away. I've been kicked but because of a glancing blow off inside of my thigh, it either hurt very little or ust doubled me over for a couple seconds. A strike to the groin should be taught as one or several strikes. I also recommend if she knows that she will be in a risky environment, shoe/boot selection is important. Closed toe not just for the extra pain t adds to a groin kick but for the general fight(dragging, thrashing on ground and kicking other targets). Getting kicked by a woman wearing boots was the second most painful experience I've had. They were rounded toes thank god, I think any kick with s mething pointy toed has a good chance of causing permanent injury. I will add that the most painful kick I received was from a woman wearing soft shoes, it must have been right on target because I fell on my back and was unable to close my legs or cup/pr tect my groin with my hands because of the explosive pain. I was like that for a minute or two. Had this woman wanted to strike me again, I was helpless. Bottom line, I've been kneed and kicked with little degredation, and also been dropped with a figh ending kick, so teach several strikes w/each attack, maybe a strike somewhere else will open up the groin as an easier target, but DO TEACH IT AS ONE VIABLE OPTION! After my girlfriend took a short women's self-defense seminar she came back and told me that she could floor me or any guy by just kneeing him in the groin. I told her that that wasn't true because I had been hit in the groin several times playing sports and I was never hurt. To prove my point, I told her that she was welcome to knee me in the groin as hard as she wished - so she could see for herself. To my surprise, she took me up on my offer! I stood still for her as she placed her hands on my shoulders. I had no fear about what was to come. She then kneed me in the groin as hard as she could. I doubled over in tears. It was the most pain I had ever been in. It seemed as thought the pain would never go away. My girlfriend sure made her point. To answer your question: A knee into the groin is a extremely effective self-defense tequnique. I learned about it the hard way

They strikes hurt the most if they are in direct contact. The #1 reason it will not take a man down is because they do not actually hit the nutz but just near them , the 1st kick was a direct hit and could have hurt worse if she was wearing something a li tle heaver that small sandals. Still hurt though , after i was down on the ground she grabbed my hair shoved my face shoved my face in the ground and put 1 foot on my head to keep me down. 8'(

A woman was walking through the University of Michigan campus at night, coming home from her job as a nurse at the hospital. A man grabbed her from behind and pulled her between two buildings. Knowing he was much stronger, she played along and let him p rtially undress her, then encouraged him to have sex with her. She even offered to help undo his pants. But once she got her hand inside and felt his private parts, she took his balls in the palm of her hand and squeezed very hard and wouldn't let go. e screamed and struggled, but she just kept squeezing until he fainted (she said it took about ten seconds). A ball kick will only disable a guy if he isn't expecting it. If he his, he would beat the crap out of the girl, like I saw. She was this tough girl who thought she could fight or something. it was in high school I was annoying this girl and I guess she had enough so she smiled at me and tolm me she had something special she was going to give me and before I could say anything she shot out her leg and cought me in the balls. My wife and I were both taking a green belt test She was to defend herself and disarm me.(I had a stick). She used the knee for a distraction. I teach women's self defense now, and remembering my experience I teach that the groin is a good target but must not be primary. Guys expect it too often and f they are really violent and not just a drunk getting too familiar they will be hard to nail. Also the kick can make a determined attacker more violent so a groin attack must be followed by something else but it is a great distraction.

i work at a large amusment park in the summer time. One night when I got off work late I was walking to my car in the almost empty parking lot. I saw an old girl friend so I decided that I would go over and talk to her. She was just getting off of work to . i had no idea that she worked there. I walked over to her as she was putting her keys into the door. Then I reached out and grabbed her shoulder. She quickly turned around and kneed me in the balls. Comments:
The above mentioned technique was excuted by a woman who was attacked by a man. She grabbed and squeezed his testicles and he was subdued. Although she had martial arts training, the groin grab was used on a couple of situations by women who are untrained and it saved them from attacks. another woman sed it on a would be rapist and since his was naked the technique proved to be very effective. i was at a party and one of my guy friends was waaaay too drunk. he kept hitting on me and his advances got more and more physical, his friends were cheering him on. he eventually touched too much and i grabbed him by the shoulders and kneed him in the balls as hard as i could. He fell down holding himself and bawling for almost half an hour. i was really scared that i had seriously injured him and i wished i hadnt done it,, i was relieved after he got back up. once i saw he was ok i laughed at him and started joking about it. when he was sober he appologised and we are still friends today.
