Tuna Salad Sandwiches
Mix your favorite tuna with mayonnaise and
chopped up sweet pickle or relish. For each sandwich spread a little mayo on two slices of bread. Spread the tuna salad evenly between slices.Hint: Tea sandwiches are easier to cut when they are chilled first, so wrap sandwiches in a slightly damp tea (kitchen) towel and then in wax paper and place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes
Cinnamon Bears
Using store bought sugar cookie dough roll dough to 1/8 inch thick. Use bear shaped cookie cutters or gingerbread boy cutter and use small dough balls for bear ears. Bake according to package or recipe directions and immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar after removing from oven.
