A Land Called Love |
I once found a land called Love. It was such a special place. I could smell the sweet perfume In this land filled with glory and grace. I wish that you could go there, I wish that you could see, This land of love that gave me hope And meant so much to me. A place where I could share my heart, Knowing someone truly cared, And finally I could sing and dance. I found a love beyond compare. I learned to climb a mountain. And I heard a different song. I saw things I had never seen. I found a place where I belonged. This land had a radiant rainbow, Reflecting colors of happier days. Glowing candles projected rays of light. My eyes were so amazed. Now, this land, lives within my heart. It was a gift given to me one day. And I'm thankful for all of the beauty That can "never" be taken away. By Diana E. Brockhausen |
