Heartchangingprayer

O Lord, change my heart. Let me focus on You,
In all that I say and in all that I do.
Whatever I'm holding in my hands today,
if it's taking Your place, please take it away.

When I walk in the dark and I stumble and fall,
Fill my life with Your light, I need You most of all.
When emotions take over and I choose the wrong way,
Please Lord, change my heart, so I'd choose to obey.

Whenever bad thoughts are flooding my mind,
Remover all the lies. Help me, Your truth to find.
If it's material things that I seek from the start,
Then change me by placing Your love in my heart.

Whenever my eyes want to focus on me,
Please open them wide, so it's You Lord I see.
O Lord, change my heart. Let me focus on You,
In all that I say and in all that I do.
