Trials and temptations have come my way. I need perserverance to stand strong today. Grant me Your wisdom and help me to claim, Power and strength that comes from Your name. I see love revealed by the scars in your hand. Because of your sacrifice I know I can stand. Though weak I may be and filled with despair. I'm thankful to know that my Lord you do care. So today I'll not worry. Today I'll not stew. I'll think on the things that are lovely and true. These things will bring Joy to my day of despair. Singing your praises will diminish my cares.
