Felicia, to begin, I want to tell you how proud I am of you!  And how                       proud I am to call you a friend.  *HUGS*  I'll never forget the very                first night we met in the cuzzi.  We immediately hit it                off....realizing we both were civil servants.  *LOL*  And in spite of                    that, we went on to forge a great friendship.  *S*  Of everyone I have                      ever met online, you are the one who most exemplifies true friendship.                I thank you for that.                        When we used to laugh and cut up every night, I never imagined that                our fun would blossom into such an awesome venture as this webring has                become.  Although the ChatDivas began in jest, what you have since                established is incredible.  You have worked so hard and so thanklessly                to bring together what I think is the most wonderful group of women on                the net!  The ChatDivas Webring is not just a webring of vast                numbers....more importantly, it is a collection of quality members.
