Misty's Adopted Dragons
and a bit about Misty

Here I am playing on the computer. I am eight years old. I am in Grade Two. I go to Corio South Primary School, CORIO, GEELONG, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA. Today - Friday 21st May we had to hand in an assignment we did on "Minibeasts". I did mine on Ants. Mum and my sister's Hayley and Tamika helped me.



[Bubbles] This is Bubbles - my baby dragon - he is a day old - we adopted him on the 21/5/99. He likes to eat dragonfly wings and butterfly abdomens. He eats flying insects because he thinks this will help him to fly when his wings are fully developed.

COME MEET MY OTHER ADOPTED DRAGONS

[Boris] This is Boris - my sleepy dragon - he is five hundred years old - we adopted him on the 21/5/99. He likes to eat whole dragonflies, birds wings (mainly sparrows) and broccoli. He is asleep most of the time so he doesn't spend much time eating. We think he is related to bears because he likes to hibernate ... all year - not just in Winter.

[Beauty] This is Beauty - my teenage dragon - she is about fifty years old - we adopted her on the 21/5/99. Beauty is highly intelligent and she gets honors in all her subjects at Dragon College. She says all her teachers are "real dragons".

[Bianca] This is Bianca - Beauty's mother - she is 200 years old - we adopted her on the 21/5/99. Bianca stays at home and keeps the home fires burning - they don't need any matches at their cave. Bianca used to be a stunt dragon - she can do really pretty flying tricks. She says she is too old for performing now, and besides mother dragons don't do that sort of thing.

[Boris] [Bobby] This is Bobby - my other teenage dragon - he is also fifty years old - we adopted him on the 21/5/99. He is mischievious, boisterous and a typical naughty, playful, funny teenager. See him here with that mischievious look in his eye? He is about to wake up poor Boris and frighten the flames out of him.
