In order to promote peace ~ Worldwide Peace ~ I thought that I would do my little bit by sharing some peaceful music with you
and give you some tips on achieving your own peace and harmony. While you listen to the background music imagine yourself on a deserted island, no noise, no traffic,
a cool
breeze blowing across your body while you lay sunning yourself on an empty beach, seagulls calling out to their mates, the waves ebbing and flowing and washing up on the sand, the palm trees behind you swishing and swaying in the breeze, 
the tinkling sound of water flowing over the rocks from a small waterfall into the rock pool beside you

Feeling any peace yet? Imagine a field of flowers, butterflies flitting by, a warm, sunny day, sitting back listening to the birds twittering in the trees ....
By the time you leave my page I would love it if all

were washed away ... let your mind dwell on pretty things like faeries, dragonflies, butterflies, baby birds, flowers, the scent of lavender drifting on a light breeze, the smell of cut grass wafting over from the paddock next door ....

Try this exercise: 
It's called using your imagination. Like John Lennon says "Imagine all the people living for today ...." Imagine if for one day we all
laid down arms ~weapons~
gave freely to people in need of assistance
hugged one or two people
smiled at one or two people
phoned three or four people to tell them "We love you" or "have a nice day"
went to visit someone who is ill, or old or lonely
invited someone over for a meal because they are alone or sad or just because you want to have their company
volunteered in some form or capacity whether it be answering the phone for Lifeline or doing some volunteer work in an Op Shop or delivering some groceries for an elderly neighbour.
Now imagine if you do one of the things on the list above and it felt so good that you decided you might like to do it again just for the satisfaction it gave you. 
Or you felt such a glow of goodwill towards other people that you thought you might like to try and do some of the other things on the list. 
Please go ahead and be my guest - try out everything I've listed above. Be kind and caring, talk to people, ask people what they could be doing to promote world peace. It is within our grasp if more people take the time and effort to do their little bit. Please - for our Earth's sake - please try and do one kind or charitable act every day of your life - an act which does something for somebody else - not just for yourself.
I am sure there are other things ~feelgood~ things which I could add to this list.

I have included the Ten Commandments on this page because I think that it is appropriate that we all read and remember some of the laws that God handed down to us. I feel that because humanity is not so close to God now morals are slipping, Christian acts of kindness are not so common and we (as in the whole of humanity) have forgotten how to care for each other. I might be wrong so please correct me if you feel that my opinions are incorrect. I was surprised that I didn't know all the Commandments myself. Here they are:
The Ten Commandments
1: "You shall have no other gods before me."
2: "You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain"
3: "You shall not make unto yourself any graven image"
4: "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy"
5: "Honor your father and your mother: that your days may be long"
6: "You shall not kill"
7: "You shall not commit adultery"
8: "You shall not steal"
9: "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour"
10: "You shall not covet"

I want a better future for my children and grandchildren.
I want to heal the earth.

I will always strive to keep these goals dear to my heart.

This is the Line Around the World. It's an effort to get people all around
this beautiful planet of ours to be nice to each other. And while we're at
it, we might as well meet other great people on the World Wide Web. The way
it works is this: A list is being kept, in exact order, of people who've registered to be part of this line. Each person connects to the people in front
and in back of her/him on that list, forming one long line around the internet
But the great part is that all the people who include themselves in this line
are honor-bound to go out of their way to perform an act of goodness. This
could be anything from giving 5 dollars or more to the charity of your choice
to making lunch for the homeless man out on the corner to complimenting
everyone you meet for a month. It's different for different people, but
all these people want to do something to make life happier and better. If you
