Why did he leave me?

He left me satisfied, But, still, he left me.

Because he fears me, Fears the feelings I stir within him.

I wonder if my taste still clings to his lips,
Scorching his soul,
As the remnants of his touch burn my skin.

He denies what is meant to be.
I make him into something he's never been before.

I want to drive him to madness
Over and over again,
To hurt him, to love him,
To make him love me.

Perhaps, if I allow it, The night will swallow me And cleanse away this pain.
