The Stop Theory
The Stop Theory is when you see a stop sign you don't have to stop
unless you're driving in the grass. Stop signs are put on the side
of the road so obviosly you only have to stop if you are on the
side of the road. If stop signs were in the middle of the road then
you would have to stop there.
