I created a women's spiritual journal after a fruitless search for one that met my needs.  It may work for you, or it may not.  If you would like to read more about the content of the journals, see the link below, which will take you to the page that instructs you how to design your own.  An instructional booklet is included with each journal.

Women's Spiritual Journal: a colorful contemporary design with sections for recording Bible study notes, sermon notes, milestones, 'to do' lists, etc.  Three ring binder so you can easily move things around or add and remove as the need arises.  Handy, personal 6"x9" size.   One In Spirit Journal:  this journal is designed for the couple desiring to develop a deeper personal relationship with God individually and as a family.  Same format as the Women's journal, but available as one or two book sets.  (Currently under development)   Men's Spiritual Journal:  this journal is designed with the man in mind.  Journaling is not for every man, but if it is for the man in your life then this is a handy, masculine-themed book for him! It is the same as the women's journal, only with verses geared toward men's issues and with an explorer/navigator graphic theme.
