Today's Christian teen is faced with a lot of decisions and peer pressure.  Often, the only ones paying attention to them are their friends.  Parents are working and the relationship may not be such that the teen is comfortable talking to her parents about questions that are important to her.  Or worse, the parents are uncomfortable to address these issues and skirt around them.  As parents we have a responsibility before God to provide guidance and support.  These children do not belong to us, they are on loan from God.  To be assured they get straight answers and proper instruction, we have to give it to them.  That's what these booklets were designed for.  They give straight answers.  It is my intention that mothers give these booklets to their daughters and go over the information with them, after having first previewed the information for themselves.  Youth workers could do the same thing.
A Young Woman's Guide to Dating (forthcoming):  This booklet explains the difference between dating and courtship, going over Biblical customs, and looks at principles to follow in her own life.  She is then challenged to make up her own standards and stick by them.

A Young Woman's Guide to Purity (forthcoming):  Purity is more than abstaining from sex until marriage.  It involves your heart and mind.  This booklet discusses what purity is, how to live it, and how to be pure even if you haven't been in the past.

A Young Woman's Guide to Being Separate (forthcoming):  What does it mean to be separate?  How far is too far?  Do I have to cut off all ties to my unsaved friends?  These questions are addressed, helping teens see that they need to take a stand and not be a part of the world while still being in the world.  They are challenged to deicde what they truly believe in and plan on how they will handle different situations.  It encourages them to keep themselves out of difficult situations, and shows them how to resist temptation.

A Young Woman's Guide to Beauty (forthcoming):  We look at the Biblical standards for beauty -- inside and outside.  Also included are tips on fashion and make-up, emphasizing modesty.  Girls are impressed with the fact that they will be held accountable for their appearance, and most importantly, what they wear on the inside.

A Young Woman's Guide to Sex (forthcoming):  Teens have lots of questions about sex.  It is a natural part of growing up -- afterall, God made us sexual beings.  If we don't have the answers, or won't answer their questions, they will go elsewhere.  Public schools, government institutions and friends are ready and willing to answer their questions and teach them philosophies that are totally against God's design.  This booklet is designed to answer the important questions, providing basic biology, and emphasizing the fact that this is to be saved for marriage.  It is my intention that this booklet be used under the supervision of mothers.

The Gentle Art of Womanhood (forthcoming):  This booklet discusses the Biblical role of woman, and looks at the changes over the decades.  It addresses the changing relations between teen and parents and the attitude of the teen during this time.  We cover individuality and independence, what Christian liberty is and the domestic arts.  It is a basic coming of age manual.

Finding the Will of God (forthcoming):  every teen stuggles with whether they should go to college, where they should go to school, who should they marry, etc.  This booklet presents the principles for perceiving God's will for her life.  There are no cut and dried answers, you have to open to the leading of the Holy Spirit and recognize the signals.  We discuss them in this booklet.

When all these titles are finished, they will also be compiled into a book called, "A Young Woman's Christian Guide."
