The Mid East and Mid West Regions merged into the Central region at the 2002 National Assembly. The Mid East included Ontario, Canada, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. The Mid West region embraced Manitoba, Canada and in the United States, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Texas, Illinois, and Louisiana.
