LAWS EXIST THAT ARE USED TO DENY  YOUR RIGHTS    UNDER THE CONSTITUTION.....................

You can be falsely and anonymously accused, and judges will deny you the right to face your accuser.

"The accused shall enjoy the right to be confronted with the witnesses against him........" (6th Amendment}

System professionals assume an accused is guilty and the burden of proof of innocence is on the accused.

"No person shall be......deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law......" (5th amendment)

Your children  can be seized without probable cause and hearsay evidence is admissible in court.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated, and no warrants shall be issued, but upon probable cause."  (6th Amendment)

A jury trial is not an option in civil courtroom proceedings, nor are you guaranteed the ability to present witnesses in your defense.

"The accused shall enjoy the right to a trial by an impartial jury..............and may have witnesses in his favor."                                                                                                                                                                    (4th Amendment)

Religious beliefs are not accepted as a "right " in civil court, and those beliefs can be held against you.

"The government shall make no law establishing a religion, or prohibit the free exercise thereof;"   (1st Amendment)

A gag order may be placed on those accused, to conceal  the actions of the court, and social services workers.

"The government shall make no law..........abridging the freedom of speech,"    (1st Amendment)
