There are several methods of increasing your bust without surgery. None of them are 100% successful for every individual but combining three of them significantly improves the chances of success. The three methods described on the following pages will definitely make an improvement in your bust if you stay with one, two or all three for at least four months. If for some strange reason it does not work for you, I want to hear about that also. Some people say that if you haven’t spent any money, you won’t try as hard, but I believe that all of us want to improve our appearance and this is an excellent way to do it. |

The first method is based on exercise to increase the volume of the muscles behind the breasts, the pectoral muscles. The exercises are not strenuous or time consuming but you must be consistent and continue with a light maintenance program after you have reached your goal. Almost every exercise book in the library or site on the Internet will show you pectoral muscle development. This method will not make a major change to your bra cup size but will increase your bust size and give you the ability to create great cleavage. |

The second method is based on self-hypnosis and visualization, which will result in an actual increase in the size of your breast and result in an increase in your bra cup size. This method is not as positive as exercise but the success rate is somewhere over 70%. The amount of increase has ranged from "a little bit" to over two full cup sizes. Again it is up to you and your dedication and concentration. There are many of these programs advertised on the Internet if you don’t care for the one on the following pages. |

The third method is simply an increase in the level of hormones. There are several natural substances that contain estrogen, which can be safely consumed or in some cases, applied, if you are not pregnant or breast-feeding. This method also results in actual increase in your breast size. You have seen the results in young women taking birth control pills and in postmenopausal women who are on HRT, hormone replacement therapy. Unfortunately, at that age most are not interested in larger breasts. Again there are many advertisements on the Internet for pills, creams and diet. |

METHOD ONE: PECTORAL EXERCISE |
|
|
There are three simple exercises that will increase the size of your pectoral muscles; the Pull Over, the Press and the Butterfly. Each of these exercises is best performed lying on your back on a narrow bench, a footstool, pillows or the corner of your bed, so that your arms may go lower than your body. Each of the exercises is performed with one to two pound weights held in the hand that are called dumbbells. If you don’t want to buy them, you can use plastic soft drink bottles filled with water. A can of soda weighs about ¾ of a pound and a 16 oz bottle of water weighs one pound. You should start with the weight that is comfortable for you and as it becomes too easy, use a heavier weight (add water). Rolls of pennies or pennies in Ziplock bags are also easily adjustable weights |

PULLOVER: |
|
|
Lying on your back, raise your hands over your head as you exhale and then inhaling deeply as you lower them to the floor and exhale as you raise your arms slowly to the vertical. Then inhale as you lower them back to the floor. Repeat this ten times (one set), take a short break, and then repeat twice for a total of three sets. As you raise your arms concentrate on using your pectoral muscles to do the lifting while trying to keep the muscles in your arms, back and shoulders as relaxed as possible. Repeat this sequence ten times, (one set) take a short rest and then repeat two more sets. |

PRESS |
|
|
Lying in the same position as the pullover, on a narrow bench or a stack of pillows, with a comfortable weight in your hands, place your hands at your shoulders and slowly push straight up in the air while exhaling. Pause, and slowly lower your hands while inhaling deeply. Repeat this sequence ten times, (one set) take a short rest and then repeat two more sets. Again, concentrate on your pectoral muscles to do the work while maintaining your shoulders, arms and back as relaxed as possible. Again, if you can do this on a bench or a line of pillows you will be able to bring your arms down farther and your push up can be straighter. |

BUTTERFLY |
|
|
Lying in the same position as the previous two exercises, on a narrow bench or stack of pillows, put your arms directly out to the side of your body so that you form a cross. With the weights in your hands, keeping your arms straight, bring your arms up over you so that they are straight up above you while exhaling. Pause, and slowly lower your hands while inhaling deeply. Repeat this sequence ten times, (one set) take a short rest and then repeat two more sets. Again, concentrate on your pectoral muscles to do the work while maintaining your shoulders, arms and back as relaxed as possible. |

SUMMARY |
|
|
The above exercises should be performed no more frequently than once every other day. You may want to start with fewer than 10 repetitions in each set and light weights, when that feels comfortable then increase the repetitions up to 10 in each of three sets and when that feels comfortable you can start increasing the weight gradually. The weight need never go over three pounds, in fact even one and one half pounds should be sufficient unless you a very large boned. After eight or ten weeks you will probably have achieved your maximum increase but you will have to continue with the exercises once every three or four days in order to maintain the size you have developed. |
|
After you are able to concentrate on the pectoral muscles while maintaining your back, shoulders and arms relaxed you may also exercise while driving your car. Place both hands high on the steering wheel and tighten your pectoral muscles and hold for the count of ten and then relax for a couple seconds. By applying pressure on the wheel from different angles, you will be able to almost duplicate the above exercises. The tighter you contract the muscles, the better the results. Repeat ten times and then rest for a minute or so. Repeat the sets three times for a total of 30 contractions in each direction that you apply pressure. This muscle building technique is known as "dynamic tension". |
|
Now that you are feeling the additional flesh on you chest you may want to use it to show a little cleavage. One method is the Wonder Bra, which has built in pads in the lower outside portion of the cups. These pads push your breasts inward and upward to form cleavage and give the impression of fuller breasts. There are also silicone inserts that can be placed in the same part of any bra that can accomplish the same affect. These inserts sell for $129.00 down to $19.99. I don’t know if there are any differences between them, but you can look around for the best price. I cannot personally testify to the quality from any of the companies since I have not yet purchased any inserts. |

METHOD TWO: SELF-HYPNOSIS AND VISUALIZATION |
|
|
This method is more difficult and requires a lot of concentration but in many tests has been shown to be very affective in actually increasing the size of the breast. Some women have gone up as much as two bra cup sizes. That is significant! |
|
Your mind is very powerful and can have a lot of control over your body. I am sure you have heard of people who can overcome pain or some sort of addiction by hypnosis. This is the same process, only you are commanding your body to provide more nourishment to your breasts and to deposit fat cells in your breasts instead of elsewhere in your body. Below is an example of a write-up that can be used to help you guide your concentration toward the enlargement of your breasts. You may change it, add to it or write a whole new one that it is more comfortable for you. You read the write-up to concentrate on it or record it onto a cassette. Most find it better to put it on tape because it is easier to concentrate on your breast while you are listening than when you are reading. Since you want be relaxed while listening to it, read it onto the tape in a quiet relaxed voice. Record it onto the tape, stop the tape and turn the tape over and record it again. That way you don’t have to rewind when you are finished listening, just turn it over for the next session. |
|
A very powerful enhancement to self-hypnosis is visualization of your goal. Visualization is the ability to picture in your mind the achievement of your goal. Picture in your mind exactly how your breasts will look when they become the size and shape you want them to be. Some visualization programs have you visualize how your body looked before your breasts started to grow and then how you want them to look when you achieved your goal. Unfortunately, I am not able to visualize so I don’t how much better it goes with visualization. Don’t be too frustrated if you are not able to visualize, not everybody can. |
|
There are certain elements that must be included in order for a self-hypnosis program to work: |
|
|
Relaxation: Your body should be very comfortable and completely relaxed so that you are free to concentrate totally on your breasts. |
|
Subconscious: You must access your subconscious in order to install the information that will instruct your body to provide the increased nourishment and deliver the cells to your breasts. |
|
Objective: You must clearly define your objective to your subconscious so that it knows exactly what you want |
|
Visualize: A picture in your mind of exactly how you want your breasts to look when you have reached your goal |
|
Process: Describe exactly what must take place in your body in order for your breast to grow to the size and shape that you desire. This will be fairly long so that you will actually feel the blood flowing into your breasts. It may take a couple of sessions to really get the feeling in your breasts. |
|
Objective: Simply a restatement of the objective above. |
|
|
Visualize: You close with a picture in your mind of how you will look when you have achieved your goal. |
|
Start by finding a quiet place where you can find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, where you can truly relax. Once in comfortable clothes without a bra and a comfortable position, concentrate on relaxing your body part by part, your feet, your legs, your hands, your arms and finally your whole body. The first few times this may take a few minutes but very soon you will be able to relax your whole body very quickly with a single thought. |

At this point you may continue to concentrate on the warm feeling in you’re your breasts and the tightness of the skin around your breasts and the tingling as you proceed with your daily activities. |

Try to have two sessions a day if possible. It will not be long before you have the whole tape memorized and you will find that you will be able to run through it at many times during the day when you are able to relax. I have found that just before I go to sleep and night and when I awake in the morning good times to supplement the regular sessions, not replace them. After a few weeks you will feel the blood flowing in your breasts as at various times during the day as your subconscious decides it’s feeding time and continues to provide the nutrients to your breasts. Since your breast is over 50% fat the main nutrient that your blood is transporting is fat which will now be stored in your breasts where you want it, rather than other parts of your body. Another nutrient ,estrogen, is delivered to the receptors in your mammary glands causing then to increase in size. The combination of these two can make a significant difference in your breast size. |

METHOD THREE: INCREASE IN HORMONES |
|
|
This is the part that is not free and deals only with natural hormones that do not require a prescription. If you are pregnant or breast feeding DO NOT USE HORMONES! |
|
It is hard to say how effective the natural estrogens actually are. Search the Internet for estrogen, natural, sources you will find all kinds of herbs and herbal combinations that claim high natural estrogen content. There are many grains and beans that contain natural estrogens that you can include in your normal diet that will help your breasts grow. In fact there is one that has very expensive pills that contain all natural grains. There are also creams that are rubbed on the breast which supposedly stimulate growth. Most health food stores have several varieties of natural estrogen compounds. I personally cannot testify to the effectiveness of any of these methods. I am also using Methods 1 and 2 it is not possible to isolate the effectiveness of Method 3. I have found Dong Quai Root as low as 6 cents a 400 mg capsule. |
|
CONCLUSION: |
|
|
I know that if you are very consistent with the exercises every other day, with two dedicated self-hypnosis sessions each day plus a little reinforcement when you feel the blood in your breast and with a natural estrogen supplement, in six months you WILL increase your breast size. The supplement that I use is black cohish and over the counter menepause symptom relief pills, both of which are conomical. Have patience, during puberty it takes as long as 24 months to develop breasts. To better display the additional flesh on your upper chest, alway wear an underwire or a long line bra. |
|
