Library :
I try my best and get slammed hmm .. the politics involved .
facts : I did things without being asked . It benefited the library to free the professional librarian for her other duties and checkig out books .The old one had no problem with it . This current one and i get on ok .. but I think shes just conscientious about what she is supposed to do .Fair enough.
The other person shanti the arent vo0lunteer who I hade a tiff with is the chairman of the volunteers . She questioned my doing extra without being asked to ? Hmm something is not right here . Whts more when I said the library teacher had seen me and she did not complain but thanked me for it .. shanti didnt believe me ) she fired : how coem I never saw u huh? ) .
She went to report to the library teacher . The library teacher told me that she affirmed with shanti that yes she had seen me working the extras and did not object . Perhaps shnti out her concern across the wrong way as in why is mei doing Kamariahs job ?
The Library teacher also said that there was currently no official job description for the parent volunteers in the livbrary ( haha shanti ) .Since shanti was so uptight about it it was odd that she rejected my suggestion about writing down what we were supposed to do .The library teacher herself had no objection to my doing extras and i did it voluntarily without advertising what I had been doing so it garted that shanti simply did noty believe me when Isaid I had been doing all these extras .Can U imagine how gleeful Ifelt when the teacher herself said she had seen me doing the extras when shanti denied it ? LOL
So tomorrow there will be a meeting to air our grieviences .
