Social Dieting .
What should an overweight teenager do when out with friends so as not to feel out of place ? Especially since a popular hang out seems to be McDonalds or some other Fast Food Centre . It becomes especially hard when everyone else in the group is ordering a set meal so as to take full advantage of the ‘toy on offer’ .
There are ways to beat the weight blues and not remain a social pariah .
Otherwise drink water instead .
tartar sauce dressing , and apply a tomato sauce dressing instead .
Keep any salad dressing to a minimum .
Fish is better than pork .
And lean cuts of pork are better than beef .
Remember : Eating healthy doesn’t mean that you have to stay out of social gatherings .
